Focusing CQI Efforts to Improve Your Bottom Line

This webinar will be an interactive presentation that will review how effective behavioral health CQI practices can support data-driven change that can both improve clinical outcomes and maximize revenue. This presentation will provide examples of coordinated CQI efforts that show how data and reporting is used in an interactive feedback loop with leadership, Billing, and direct service staff so that all can support current CQI efforts.
