Job Title: Information Technology Support Technician II
Location: Rochester, NY
A Brief Job Description:
The Information Technology Support Technician II, provides analysis, troubleshooting, implementation and first and second level operational support for all CCSI’s employees, contractors and customers. Responsible for hands-on support with excellent customer service skills. Delivers expertise in current desktop and network technologies as well as an understanding of CCSI enterprise applications. Supports tablets, smartphones, Wi-Fi enabled devices, internet access, printers, and all current operating systems (Windows, iOS, and Android).
The IT Support Technician II is expected to maintain expertise in current desktop and network technologies. Works with IT manager and program staff to enhance technologies, improve client services and support CCSI initiatives.

Other: Bachelor’s degree preferred in related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience, or
