BRIANNON O'CONNOR, PH.D.
Director, Strategic Analytics & Performance Improvement
Dr. O’Connor
is the Director of Strategic Analytics and Performance Improvement at CCSI, where she oversees consulting and technical assistance for health and human service providers in the areas of Value Based Payment success, data-driven decision making, and quality improvement. Previously, Dr. O’Connor’s experience centered on improving the quality of mental health care for children and adolescents. Dr. O’Connor has substantial expertise in research methodologies and data analytics, and has published peer-reviewed articles in journals such as
Pediatrics, Implementation Science, Journal of Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrics, The
Journal of Child and Adolescent Psychopharmacology, The Journal of Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology
,
School Mental Health, Clinical Psychology Review.
Her empirical research has focused on enhancing the effectiveness of behavioral interventions for children with disruptive behavior disorders, developing models for disseminating Evidence-Based Practices into school and community settings, measuring access to mental health care, and developing behavioral health care quality indicators (i.e., HEDIS measures) for adolescents in primary care settings. Dr. O’Connor received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University at Buffalo, her pre-doctoral training at the Center for ADHD at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, and her post-doctoral fellowship in The Center for Implementation-Dissemination of Evidence-Based Practices (IDEAS Center) in the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Department of NYU. She is currently a faculty affiliate at Rochester Institute of Technology and is a licensed clinical psychologist in New York State.
