Our Fiscal Business Practices team has developed the essential training, tools and consulting expertise needed to support a variety of CCSI customers involved in the transition of community services to Managed Care.  The team’s services cover a broad spectrum of technical assistance including assessing the fiscal performance of an agency, supporting the development of fiscal control points, and deploying billing optimization and revenue maximization practices.   As community provider agencies transition to Managed Care, our team works with providers to manage change implementation designed to improve business processes and support long term fiscal viability.
