CCSI's Center for Collaboration in Community Health brings together a team of health and human services content experts offering specialized technical assistance services.  Our customers have increasingly complex requirements as a result of the dramatic changes taking place within publically funded health care delivery system. Greater emphasis is being placed on person-centered and recovery-focused practices and effective integration of physical and behavioral health services.  There are heightened performance expectations with greater accountability for providers to "measuring what matters" and demonstrate the impact of the services they provide.  As the publicly funded health care system continues to transform, we expect to see an increase in the use of value-based payment models, a focus on the use of evidence based practices, as well as an increase in the need for effective utilization management and quality improvement processes.  To ensure that we meet our customers' needs in this environment, the Center provides a broad range of support including:

  • Managed Care Readiness Consultation
  • Performance Management & Evaluation Services
  • Revenue Cycle Management/Fiscal Management Services
  • Health Information Technology Consultation
  • Utilization Management, Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement process development
  • Value Based Payment Readiness Support
  • Training & Practice Development Support
  • Strategic Planning Facilitation
