Exceeding Expectations in Fiscal Support in Madison County

What problem was Madison County looking to solve? Madison County’s Mental Health Department needed expert fiscal support after the retirement of their deputy director, who also served as the fiscal officer. How did CCSI approach the work? Madison County originally engaged CCSI’s Jim Monfort to review Consolidated Fiscal Reports (CFRs) and increased the scope of his services when the Mental Health Department’s deputy director retired. Jim assisted did a comprehensive review of the department’s fiscal health, assisted with county budget setup, provided fiscal oversight of contract agencies, and conducted a productivity analysis.
