Arc of Seneca Cayuga is looking to hire an Autism Intensive Services Coordinator for Ontario County. The successful candidate will provide behavioral services to support individuals with Autism and their families who have intensive needs in and around Ontario County which may include providing team-oriented services including assessments, individual and group therapy. The focus of services is to help individuals and families adjust to change at home, program, work, school, or other, using applied behavioral approaches.
This is a full time position, Monday – Friday 8 am – 4 pm (some evenings hours may be necessary).
Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health, licensed and currently registered by NYS Dept. of Education or Master’s or PHD degree in Psychology (if unlicensed) willing to work under the clinical supervision of a licensed psychologist. Experience in facilitating groups, provision of support services to families or case management, training in assessment techniques and behavioral program development, and three years’ experience with developmentally disabled preferred or equivalent experience with non-intelletually disabled individuals or families.
