EISEP Bilingual Case Manager
Catholic Family Center a division of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Rochester is currently hiring for a full-time EISEP Bilingual Case Manager for its Rochester, NY location.

Under direction, the EISEP Bilingual Case Manager, provides case management services to functionally impaired elderly.
