Licensed Mental Health Professional (Certifed Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) – Advanced Counselor, Creative Arts Therapist, Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry, Physician, Physician Assistant, Psychiatrist, Registered Professional Nurse, or Social Worker) sought for 10 – 15 hours per week (with potential to increase hours as program enrollments necessitate).
Will provide individual and group clinical supervision to CORE Medicaid Managed Care services, assure the services provided and their documentation meet required standards, approve progress notes, attach billing codes to notes for claims processing, approve Individualized Service Plans, perform face-to-face client intake assessments, complete LPHA Recommendation forms within specified timeframes to enroll persons into chosen CORE services, complete CORE Services Initiation forms, and submit CORE Service Initiation forms to managed care organizations within specified timeframes to assure timely payment for services.
This position could be a supplement to private practice and could potentially involve a hybrid employment model combining remote and face-to-face service hours and a flexible schedule.
