Coordinator/Family Enrichment Specialist – Family Enrichment Program Yates County, NY
Full Time 37.5 hours/week, Days with Occasional Evenings
Pay: $22.50-$25.00 per hour! (depending on related experience)
Nature of Work:
The Family Enrichment Program’s goal is to provide a community-based, family focused, and comprehensive delivery of services to both families and at-risk youth. The Coordinator/Family Enrichment Specialist would design and implement intervention plans to offer immediate and short-term intensive services to families whose children may be at imminent risk of placement into foster care. The Coordinator/Family Enrichment Specialist would provide oversight of the program and work closely and direct duties to the Family Enrichment Specialist for the Family Enrichment Program. The Coordinator/Family Enrichment Specialist is responsible for providing intensive case management, family education, support and crisis intervention within the family’s homes, and collaborative services.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social work or related field required, and a minimum of two years’ experience in providing services to families with Mental Health difficulties.
- Must meet the requirements of the School Age Care, Day Care, and/or Mental Health Regulations regarding a State Central Register Clearance regarding history of abuse/maltreatment of children.
- A valid driver’s license that meets insurability guidelines.
