Executive Director

The Executive Director is responsible for ensuring that all organizational services provided for persons with eating disorders, and their families, within The Healing Connection, Inc. are delivered in an ethical and relationship-centered manner that is compliant with local, state, regional and federal regulations. The Executive Director actively engages in collaborative and productive working relationships with local and state community partners. The Executive Director works in close partnership with the Board of Directors, Founder, Clinical Director, Staff, Volunteers and Community Partners to increase education about The Healing Connection, Inc. programs. Responsibilities include: Interfacing with Governing Bodies; Ensuring Financial Integrity; Personnel Management; Managing Consultants and Independent Contractors; and
Program Development, Execution and Evaluation. See attached job description for details.
