The Medical/Psychiatric Housing Site Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and management of the overall operation of the Medical / Psychiatric transitional residence which includes the supervision of all staff, the oversight of the quality of care provided to the residents, and the ultimate placement of individuals to more permanent / appropriate housing within 90 days of admission.
4-year degree in health related services and at least one year of experience working with persons with medical conditions and / or mental illness / SPMI (serious and persistent mental illness) and supervisory experience or a combination of education and experience in managing a residential program.
A good working knowledge of the residential services available to people in need of specialized housing is preferred. Must have a current valid NYS driver’s license that meets agency’s clean driving record policy.
