Mental Health Social Worker

This position exists in the Mental Health Facility of the Wyoming County Community Hospital. The incumbent works on an interdisciplinary treatment team by helping to advance the social casework viewpoint in the development and application of individual treatment plans for the patients. The work ins performed under the direction of the Team Treatment Leader with some leeway permitted in determining the scope of the work to be performed in helping the patients adjust into their old or new environment.
