Mobility Mentoring Manager

The Mobility Manager will assist the Mobility Mentors in working with program participants to achieve self-sufficiency through the Professional Mentoring program. This includes identifying vocational and educational paths so that the participants can be successful in accessing services designed to prepare them for employment and/or post-secondary education. The Mobility Mentoring Manager will assist Mobility Mentors in developing Individualized Action Plans based on each participant’s strengths and identified needs by using the Rochester-Monroe Anti-Poverty Initiative (RMAPI) adaption of the Bridge to Self-Sufficiency planning tool developed by EMPath of Boston.
