Occupational Therapist

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Occupational Therapist will deliver services to students for the improvement of sensory input modes, integrative processes, and motor response capabilities of the assigned students.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
 Participate, when appropriate, as a member of the Interdisciplinary Evaluation Team for the assessment of referred children.
 Perform initial and annual occupational therapy assessments for enrolled Keuka Lake School students.
 Perform individual therapy based on assessments and IEP’s.
 Record plans, attendance records and progress notes. (IEP’s and Annual Reviews).
 When appropriate, instruct staff on techniques utilized for carry over teaching.
 Consult with the Preschool Director on a regular basis
