The qualified candidate will provide comprehensive psychosocial assessment and diagnostic services to patient in an outpatient setting. Provide individual, family or crisis counseling to a caseload of up to 35 clients. Provide comprehensive and individualized discharge planning and referral services.
Requirements: HSD or GED required. 4yr BA/BS in related field preferred. Master’s degree related field preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in Chemical Dependency Counseling. CASAC, LMSW, LCSW, NBCC, CRC, LMHC or a provisional MHC. CPR certification required within 6 months of hire.
