Liberty Resources is currently seeking individuals willing to work Per Diem (overnight, weekends, and holiday shifts) at the DePalmer House.
The DePalmer House provides transitional housing for homeless persons who are living with HIV/AIDS. The primary goal of this program is to provide an environment and level of services, which will enable residents to attain and maintain safe, affordable permanent housing of their choice.
The DePalmer House Residence Counselor provides high quality supportive services to ensure that a safe, health and welcoming living environment is provided for residents. Ensures smoother operation of house functions (i.e. meals, activities, chores), participates in development and implementation of service plans for each resident in conjunction with the Supervisor of AIDS Services and Case Manager.
HS Diploma required. Bachelors or Associates and/ or related experience preferred. Must have access to reliable transportation.
