RN Director, Assisted Living Program

Director of Assisted Living Program (ALP) Resident Services for Family Service of Rochester’s 15 unit Jonathan Child ALP location in Rochester, NY. Oversees all duties and responsibilities of ALP resident care program. Ensures compliance with NYS Department of Health ALP regulations, including proper medication administration and UAS assessment completion. Directs LPN Supervisors, and assists with Home Health Aide orientation and training.
Requires current NYS RN license and at least two years personal care and supervisory experience. Part time, 15-20 hours per week with some flexible scheduling to meet program requirements.
