Position Summary:
Responsible for the coordination of the daily operations of the Women’s Community Residence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Performs duties in relationship to staff, including sign off on time cards, scheduling of staff hours, and enforcement of personnel policies.
• Manages the daily operations of the Women Community Residence.
• Ensures that efficient processes occur relative to resident admission, discharges and referral.
• Manages, occupancy, fte levels and expenses within budget.
• Assures compliance of all OASAS related regulations and OASAS CDS data.
• Oversees collection of resident fees and payment to the County.
• Responsible for interviewing and hiring of staff.
• Completes annual staff performance reviews.
• Participates in the development, implementation, and monitoring of program goals.
• Provides supervision/consultation for therapists and residence counselors.
• Completes QI and UR reports in a timely manner and participates in QI and Utilization Review processes.
• On-call responsibility, 24/7.
• Pursues personal and professional growth using internal and external resources
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Health Administration, Counseling or Social Work required
• Master’s Degree preferred
• Five years Behavioral Health experience.
• Supervisory experience desirable.
• Computer knowledge and skills as required.
Required Licensure/Certification Skills:
OASAS Qualified Health Professional.
