Anne Passalugo, MPH, CHC, CHPC serves as CCSI’s Chief of Business Operations. She brings her deep knowledge of compliance, privacy, and quality assurance to this role, as well as more than 15 years of experience in healthcare management and a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
Anne oversees CCSI’s Business Operations Team, which manages all aspects of the customer lifecycle, including proposals, due diligence, contracting, and quality.
Anne holds a Master of Public Health degree with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from SUNY Buffalo, and she completed an executive education program in Managing Healthcare Delivery from Harvard Business School. Anne is certified in Health Care Compliance and Healthcare Privacy Compliance.
