As a trusted partner to more than 200 human services organizations, CCSI manages and supports numerous government initiatives and community-based non-profits in addition to our own offerings.

TIG: Hope. Action. Recovery.
TIG builds capacity in school communities to respond to needs arising from experiences of trauma, illness, and grief.
TRUST
TRUST (Trauma Responsive Understanding Self-Assessment Tool) provides organizations with a point-in-time “snapshot” of where they are in their journey towards becoming an equity-focused, trauma-informed organization.
Front Door NY
Front Door NY is the one-stop shop for listing properties and identifying housing for people experiencing homelessness in the Greater Rochester area.
Prevention, Access, Self-Empowerment and Support (PASS)
PASS is a mentoring program for Monroe County adolescents ages 13 to 17 who are facing challenges in their daily lives. Adolescents learn life skills such as anger management, self-esteem building, job interviewing skills, decision making, goal setting, personal social skills, self-motivating skills, and much more. PASS is managed by CCSI on behalf of the Monroe County Office of Mental Health. For more information, contact Neville Morris at nmorris@ccsi.org.
Crisis to Stability
CCSI’s Crisis to Stability (C2S) program works with individuals who recently experienced homelessness and are transitioning into permanent housing, or are at risk of losing their current housing. This 9-month program utilizes Critical Time Intervention and Peer Support to ensure that participants are connected to longer-term supports and services needed to successfully maintain housing. C2S is grant-funded, non-billable and can work in conjunction with any other services or programs.

Our Local History supports and empowers students, teachers, and communities with the tools to engage with and own their local history of civil rights through inquiry, equity, and civic action.
Greater Rochester Parent Leadership Training Institute (PLTI)
PLTI builds bridges and advocacy skills to support parents becoming leading advocates for children.
Rise Up Rochester
Rise Up Rochester empowers the community to establish and maintain a nonviolent culture and provides support to crime victims and their families.
Council of Agency Executives (COAE)
COAE is a professional network of more than 130 executives in the social sector across the Rochester and Finger Lakes region.
Georgia Association of Community Service Boards (GACSB)
GACSB provides support to Community Service Boards in Georgia in the form of policy and legislative advocacy through a unified voice on both the state and national levels.
Coordinated Entry for Homeless Services
Managed by CCSI on behalf of Monroe County and the City of Rochester, Coordinated Entry connects people to permanent housing that will end their homelessness.
The Institute for Police, Mental Health & Community Collaboration
Supported by the New York State Office of Mental Health, The Institute for Police, Mental Health & Community Collaboration assists localities in evolving their crisis response systems to be less reliant on law enforcement when responding to individuals in emotional distress and to help police be more prepared when called to respond to individuals in crisis.
The New York State Trauma-Informed Network and Resource Center (TINRC)
An initiative of the New York State Office of Mental Health, TINRC aims to uplift the principles of trauma-informed care and create a place for learning, knowledge sharing, and resource and event promotion around trauma-informed work and wellness practices.
Navigator Program
The IPA/Navigator program provides one-on-one assistance for individuals and small businesses interested in shopping for and enrolling in health insurance through The New York State of Health – the Official Health Plan Marketplace.
ABD Medicaid Program Assistance
We educate and assist aged, blind, or disabled New Yorkers with enrolling in and using public health insurance programs. For information, call 585-613-7662, option 3
Family Access and Connection Team (FACT)
FACT is a Monroe County initiative that includes conducting strength-based assessments and making referrals to service providers. FACT engages with families of children and youth with high needs to set goals and work through challenges using natural supports and our collective knowledge.
Youth and Family Partnership (YFP)
An initiative of Monroe County, YFP assembles Child and Family Teams to support youth and their families in addressing and managing their challenges.
