The Care for the Caregivers Campaign
Children thrive when they are surrounded by caring, connected adults and strong systems of support. Yet today, many of the people dedicated to helping children and families are facing unprecedented levels of stress, burnout, and secondary trauma.
Care for the Caregivers is CCSI’s initiative to strengthen the well-being, resilience, and effectiveness of the people who care for our community’s children. In partnership with Rochester’s leading children’s service providers, CCSI is developing new solutions to boost caregiver wellness and strengthen the organizations that employ them.
