Consumer Directed Aide in all areas of Rochester, NY
An aide for in-home care:
This CDPAP agency is seeking consumer-directed personal attendants to serve our Consumer in Rochester, NY. Must have CNA certification. Must also have a Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle. Consumer would like a Care Giver that will be able to transport them in the community for appointments and shopping. Consumer would prefer someone that has 1-3 years experience in the Health Care Field.

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

Must be willing to provide documentation of employment physical and PPD test (tuberculosis test) within the last year, also proof of MMR inoculation.
Reliable transportation to get to the job on time is required.
In some cases, a vehicle and valid NYS Driver’s License required.
